For the cast metal sculptor, wax patterns come from molds that ensure reproduction. I abandoned that process for economics while exposing myself to risk of losing the work in the foundry.
Foam is supportive to my process with wax, even for small studies.

The foam is removed from the wax clad of Conscience. The risk of losing this work is so high, it is critical to reduce the chance of the wax warping.
